Utilities Regulation & Competition Authority is here not only to ensure the service providers under our jurisdiction are operating at their highest levels, but also to ensure that you, the customers of these companies and services, are receiving the best levels of service possible.
In the rare event that you may have an issue with service that you have been unable to resolve directly with the company or service provider, then we request that you tell us about it using our online Customer Support System or by one of the other means outlined for filing a complaint. This will allow us to work on your behalf to resolve the issue and notify you of the result.
